• Do not assume an enquiry reserves your wedding date. The date is confirmed only after the agreed advance is received.

• Do not arrive late or delay the agreed preparation schedule without informing the artist.
• Do not assume last-minute additional services are automatically available.
• Do not assume a makeup trial guarantees an identical wedding-day result because conditions may differ.
• Do not leave valuables unattended around the makeup station.

Bridal Makeup Booking Terms & Conditions

1. 1.Applicability

   These Terms & Conditions apply to bridal and on-location makeup bookings. Confirming the booking and paying the advance constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.

2. 2.Booking Confirmation

   A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance. The advance secures the artist’s availability exclusively for the agreed date and time. Until the advance is received, the date remains available for other enquiries. The advance is adjusted against the final amount. The balance is due on or before the service date as agreed. Once confirmed, the artist will not accept another bridal booking for the same date.

3. 3.Exclusivity of the Date

   The advance represents a commitment to reserve the agreed date and time and is subject to the cancellation and date-change terms below.

4. 4.Cancellation by Client

   The advance is non-refundable because the date is reserved exclusively for the client. Cancellation applies to the entire agreed service package, including makeup, hairstyling and other services. No refund will be provided for amounts paid. Exceptional consideration may be provided at the artist’s discretion.

5. 5.Date Change

   A request to change the booking date may be considered subject to availability and is not guaranteed. If the new date is available, the booking may be transferred after confirmation. If unavailable, the request is treated as a cancellation and the advance remains non-refundable. Any difference in service, travel or other expenses resulting from the change is payable by the client.

6. 6.Makeup Trial

   A makeup trial is optional and chargeable. A trial does not guarantee an identical wedding-day result because skin condition, lighting, outfit, jewellery, weather and photography conditions may vary. Substantial changes requested on the wedding day may require additional time and may not always be possible.

7. 7.Wedding-Day Schedule

   The client is responsible for being ready at the agreed start time. Delays caused by the client, venue, photographer, family members, outfit changes or other circumstances may reduce available makeup time. Significant delays may shorten or modify the service. Additional waiting time may be chargeable.

8. 8.Local Travel

   Travel charges may apply. Local travel, parking, tolls and transportation costs will be communicated at booking. The client must provide accurate venue details. Additional costs caused by a venue change are borne by the client. Early-morning bookings may require private transportation at the client’s cost.

9. 9.Outstation Bookings

   For outstation bookings, travel expenses are borne by the client unless expressly included. Overnight accommodation is to be arranged or reimbursed by the client and should be safe, clean, private and reasonably close to the venue. Additional travel caused by venue, schedule or location changes may be chargeable.

10. 10.Venue Requirements

    The client should provide a clean, well-lit and ventilated area suitable for makeup, with a suitable chair and table where needed. The area should allow uninterrupted service and reliable power where required.

11. 11.Skin Information

    The client must inform the artist about known sensitivities, allergies, reactions and recent cosmetic procedures. Clients are advised not to introduce new skincare, facials, peels or waxing immediately before the wedding unless recommended by a skincare professional. Reasonable care will be taken, but no guarantee can be made that no skin reaction will occur.

12. 12.Additional Services

    Only services agreed and included in the booking will be provided. Additional makeup, hairstyle changes, touch-ups, family or guest makeup may be accommodated if time and availability permit and will be charged separately. There is no obligation to accept requests that compromise the agreed schedule.

13. 13.Additional Persons

    The number of people requiring services must be communicated and confirmed in advance. Last-minute requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

14. 14.Touch-Ups

    Touch-ups are included only when specifically stated in the package or booked separately. Staying beyond the agreed service period may result in additional charges.

15. 15.Products and Personal Belongings

    Professional products and tools appropriate to the agreed service will be used. The client is responsible for keeping jewellery, clothing, accessories and valuables away from the work area. The artist is not responsible for loss or damage to belongings not under the artist’s direct control.

16. 16.Photography and Social Media

    The artist may request permission to photograph or record the completed look. Images will only be used with the client’s consent. If the client does not want images used publicly, this should be communicated before the event.

17. 17.Unforeseen Circumstances

    The artist will make reasonable efforts to fulfil the booking. If unable to provide the service because of serious illness, accident, emergency or circumstances beyond reasonable control, reasonable efforts will be made to arrange a suitable replacement, subject to availability and suitability. If no replacement is available, liability is limited to refunding amounts paid for the service not provided.

18. 18.Changes to Services or Package

    Changes to services, number of people, location, timing or package should be communicated in advance. Changes are subject to availability and may result in a revised fee.

19. 19.Final Payment

    The remaining balance must be paid within the agreed timeline. Where an agreed payment is not received, the artist may withhold completion of the service.

20. 20.Communication and Acceptance

    The client should nominate one primary contact for important booking communication. Important changes should be communicated in writing. Payment of the advance confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. The terms applicable on the booking date govern the booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
